Corporate Governance

Keolis' strategy is established by an Executive Board supported by a Supervisory Board comprising shareholder representatives and a censor.

Keolis' day-to-day operations are overseen by an Executive Committee, representing all the major geographical zones and company divisions.

The group's organisation is divided into two main geographical zones: France and International. International activities accounted for 47% of group turnover in 2012.
