The group is present in all administrative regions of Brussels via two holding companies:

Eurobus Holding, based near Liège, covers Wallonia and Brussels. It has a number of different activities, among which concessions contracted with TEC, the SRWT (Wallonia public transport authority) operating company. Under the brand Eurobussing it also has coach operations for tourism, school and company transport, and regular lines within the province. It also has a taxi group based in Liège, completing the chain of mobility. It is the leading private bus operator in Wallonia. Keolis wholly owns Eurobus Holding since the purchase of the 29% of shares held up to then by SRWT.

Keolis Vlaanderen is the second largest private bus operator in Flanders. In a market which is more competitive and open to tender than its neighbour in the south, Keolis Vlaanderen runs school and company transport services, on-request hire, and regular lines. In 2009 it acquired the Flanders Coach Group, based in the west of the province. Keolis Vlaanderen is a wholly-owned subsidiary.
