Keolis holds 75% of Groupe Orléans Express alongside its founder and CEO Sylvain Langis.

Orleans Express operates regional coach lines in Quebec under the brand Orleans Express (principally the Montreal-Quebec line) and in the Maritimes under the Acadian brand. These lines are operated with a licence and do not receive any sort of financial support for their operations.

Since the summer 2009 buyout of assets from Groupe Gaudreault the company's activities have extended to city transit and school buses, procured by local authorities.
