Keolis holds 100% of Keolis Canada (CEO: Denis Andlauer).

Keolis Canada operates regional coach lines in Quebec, principally the Montreal-Quebec line. These lines are operated with a licence and do not receive any sort of financial support for their operations.

Since the summer 2009 buyout of assets from Groupe Gaudreault the company's activities have extended to city transit and school buses, procured by local authorities.
