City-Trafik, second largest bus operator in Denmark, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keolis. It operates buses for local public transport authorities in 4 main areas: Greater Copenhagen, Slagelse, Fredericia and Aalborg.

City-Trafik's contracts are for 'bundles' of lines which link in with bus lines operated by other companies and the other modes of transport.

In a system where the gross contract also incorporates bonuses and penalties according to quality criteria, City-Trafik has emerged as the best-performing bus operator in the country.

In December 2009 City-Trafik started up a new contract, Movia A4, in the Copenhagen area, increasing its overall activity by 10%.
