Syntus runs local public transport contracts in the eastern provinces of Gelderland and Overijssel. It won a new bus contract in Midden-Overijssel for an 8-year period, successfully started up in August 2010, and another in Veluwe which started up in December 2010. Furthermore, its rail operations in the Zutphen - Hengelo - Oldenzaal region were extended to Bad Bentheim in Germany in December 2010.
