Keolis is majority shareholder (51%) in Fjord1 Partner, a joint venture with local transport operator Fjord1.

Fjord1 Partner is the operator of the Bergen tram system, launched in June 2010. The bid outcome had been announced in April 2009.

Bergen is Norway's second largest city and its agglomeration has a population of 380,000.
