1. Preselection process
You can apply to our job and internship offers directly online. If your profile fits our needs, a member of the Keolis HR team will contact you for an initial telephone interview.

2. Meeting HR and business unit teams
Interviews with our HR team are the chance to prove your motivation, as well as discover the different career development opportunities offered by the Group. Business unit teams, including your future manager, provide deeper insights on the role and the working environment. Our goal is to assess your technical and social skills, as well as your ability to become part of the team. We’ll answer any questions you may have about the Group or your future role at this time
3. Accepting an offer
Following the interviews, our teams convene to decide on the outcome of your application. If you are successful and agree to our offer, your contract will be issued and your new adventure will begin !
4. Joining the Group
You’ll be welcomed by your manager who will help you discover the company's activities, and familiarise you with the functioning of your team and business unit. HR is on hand to help you in your career development.
Each new manager who joins Keolis is enrolled in our "Welkome" programme. This six-month induction programme is a unique opportunity to discover the Group, adopt its values, and gain insight into its different business units.
