Keolis reinforces its top management

· Appointment of two CEOs who join the Executive Board

· Appointment of a Group CEO

· Creation of a new Strategy and Development Division and reinforcement of public affairs department

Keolis, one of Europe's leading multimodal public transport providers, has announced nominations among its top management, with effect from 1st February 2011.

Two new Chief Executive Officers

Bernard Tabary, previously Executive Senior Vice President France, is appointed Chief Executive Officer International, succeeding Patrick Jeantet.

Bernard Tabary brings considerable international experience to this position. A graduate of Rouen Business School, he spent 17 years in the Bolloré group where he held various management positions in the transport and logistics division, in Europe, the USA and Australia/New Zealand, then as director of the Europe-Africa lines. In 2000, he became Managing Director of the Environment division at automotive supplier Plastic Omnium. He joined Keolis in 2005 as Senior Vice President France then in 2007 became Executive Senior Vice President France and Managing Director of Keolis Lyon, where he successfully renewed the public service delegation which started up in 2011.

Patrick Jeantet, who held the position of Executive Senior Vice President International for five years, is appointed Chief Executive Officer France, succeeding Jean-Michel Ferraris, who becomes Adviser to the Chairman.

Patrick Jeantet is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and Ponts et Chaussées. He has spent a large part of his career in an international environment. After spells at Bouygues and Vinci where he was respectively Project Director in the International Building and Public Works division and International Development Director for Sogea, in 1997 he joined the Bechtel-Edison joint subsidiary International Water specializing in water management and treatment. He successively managed International Water's largest subsidiary Manila Water in the Philippines then held the position of Group Chief Operating Officer in London. He joined Keolis in 2005 as Senior Vice President then Executive Senior Vice President International, driving and overseeing the Group's rapid expansion into new geographical zones.

Appointment of Group CEO supporting the Chairman

Michel Lamboley, a member of the Executive Board, is appointed Chief Executive Officer, Group. As well as continuing to be in charge of finance, controlling, risk management and property, he will also supervise the Group's support divisions: human resources, legal affairs and audit.

Michel Bleitrach, Chairman of the Executive Board, will in particular supervise strategy and development, public affairs, communications and sustainable development.

Creation of a new Strategy and Development Division and reinforcement of corporate affairs department

Arnaud van Troeyen is appointed Executive Vice President in charge of Strategy and Development, reporting to Michel Bleitrach. As well as remaining in charge of mergers, acquisitions and partnerships, he will also manage the products and services marketing department, external growth and airport activities.

Keolis has also strengthened its public affairs department directed by Anne Lieure, with the appointment of Felix Beppo as Deputy Director in charge of relations with local authorities.
