In France, all employees undergo annual performance reviews, during which they discuss career plans, and support or development needs with their manager.
Employee mobility is facilitated through connections between subsidiaries, regions, and operational divisions, and boosted by a dedicated job board that centralises all vacancies. The Group encourages geographical mobility, providing financial aid to help employees move within a country, or abroad.
