In France, all employees undergo annual performance reviews, during which they discuss career plans, and support or development needs with their manager.

The Group encourages geographical mobility, providing financial aid to help employees move within a country, or abroad.

Regular career committee meetings within each job division help quickly identify opportunities and prospects, boosting staff moves and promotions.
