On 8 July 2021, the conurbation authority of Agen (CCA), in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in south-western France, renewed its contract with Keolis for the management and operation of the mobility and passenger transport services of the Agen conurbation, Tempo.
This new public service delegation contract will start from 1 October 2021 and run for three years with cumulative revenues of €20 million.

On 29 June 2021, the community council and local Public Transport Authority of the conurbation of Châteauroux in central France renewed its contract with Keolis for the operation and maintenance of its entire public transport network, Horizon.Over the course of the contract, Keolis’ goal will be to increase ridership by 18%. Keolis will also support the Châteauroux conurbation in the energy transition of its bus fleet by introducing six hydrogen buses into the network by 2024.

On 27 June 2021, Keolis’ subsidiary in Denmark, Keolis Danmark began operating and maintaining the Greater Copenhagen region’s bus network. The network's fleet of 59 buses features 42 electric buses that will save more than 4,500 tonnes of CO2 emissions per year. This launch comes after the recent commissioning of 20 fully electric buses which began running on the Odense network in May 2021.
This Thursday, June 17, the new board of directors of the UTP unanimously elected Marie-Ange Debon as its President. The Chairwoman and Group Chief Executive Officer of Keolis succeeds Thierry Mallet.
With the aim of making public transport more inclusive and accessible, Keolis is trying out NaviLens technology in Versailles, in the Paris region, until July 2021 with a panel of visually impaired users. This technology is being used for the first time in France along the itineraries that connect the platforms of Versailles-Chantiers station, operated by Transilien (SNCF), to the platforms of the bus station, operated by Keolis Versailles on behalf of Île-de-France Mobilités. "Augmented" QR codes are placed along the itineraries, making it possible to guide the passengers throughout their journeys, identify approaching buses and provide schedules in real time.
