This partnership agreement follows the one signed in 2014 that has already seen the introduction of a rich and diverse programme of initiatives. The new agreement is intended to further facilitate the recruitment of engineers and highly qualified employees by Keolis, and to support students as they enter the job market.
Thanks to the involvement of many operational and Human Resources (HR) employees from Keolis, this partnership will see the organisation of meetings, visits, HR events (interview simulations, recruitment days) and learning sessions. These events will be targeted at undergraduate engineering students, master’s degree students from the urban and regional passenger transport stream, as well as PhD candidates and researchers from the ‘Transport and mobility’ department of ENTPE.
The new agreement outlines all the learning, employer brand and recruitment initiatives Keolis will lead over the next three years as part of the different courses offered by ENTPE. Students undertaking ongoing vocational training and research activities will also be able to benefit from the initiatives under this agreement.
ENTPE and Keolis were also keen to ensure this partnership was established at different levels of their respective organisations, and therefore for the rollout of programme initiatives, resources have been mobilised not only from Keolis head office but also from its subsidiary in Lyon, which operates the city’s public transport network.
The ceremony for the signing of the new partnership was followed by a presentation from Bruno Danet and Paul Chaperon, Commercial and Marketing Director from Keolis Lyon, on Keolis’ strategy and its development in the mobility market and across a range of different business areas. The presentation concluded with a discussion time with students.
