Movements in the Keolis Management Committee

Nicolas Vandevyver, member of the Keolis Management Committee since 2009 in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer, International, was appointed Group Internal Audit Director on 1 October.
He is succeeded by Philippe Massin, Director of the subsidiary Keolis Meyer, who thereby becomes a member of the Keolis Group's Management Committee.

Nicolas Vandevyver, new Group Internal Audit Director

Reporting to the Executive Chairman and in close contact with the Keolis Group's Audit and Ethics Committee, Nicolas Vandevyver will be responsible for the cross-functional reinforcement of internal control mechanisms and increasing the audit department’s international presence.

Nicolas Vandevyver graduated in Economics from Panthéon-Assas University and ESG Management School and holds a Master's degree in Financial Management from HEC.

In 1989, he began his career in Detroit (USA) at IST Corporation as Information Systems Manager.

Two years later, he joined the Usinor Group, which later became Arcelor and then Arcelor Mittal, where he held senior financial positions (accounting, management control, treasury & financing) for 15 years, both in France and abroad (Thailand, Luxembourg).

In 2006, he became head of the European Finance Department of Harsco Metals, still based in Luxembourg.

In 2009, he joined Keolis to support its development as Chief Financial Officer, International.
