Purchasing process and renewal performance index (IPPA): a 360° customer vision
Keolis has created an innovative tool to measure the effort of customers throughout the purchasing process. In conjunction with a detailed mapping of sales channels, the tool calculates the purchasing process and renewal performance index (IPPA) for each type of ticket, across all distribution channels. The tool is used in many Keolis networks to help define action plans, measure their impact, and establish benchmarks between networks.
