Keolis Downer, operator of Yarra Trams, is currently delivering services to peak patronage across its network, with Melbourne’s major events season underway.
At CES 2018 in Las Vegas, Keolis and Navya presented Autonom Cab, the first electric robo-taxi. This driverless vehicle uses a range of navigation and communication technology, and will be operated by Keolis to offer a new urban mobility experience to the passengers of tomorrow.
Keolis, who has been operating the Gold Coast (Australia) tram network since 2014, opened a new 7.3km extension on 17 December 2017. This extension enhances the multimodality of Gold Coast’s transport network, and therefore helps the state of Queensland in their ambitions to accelerate the modal shift, in this dynamic and touristic coastal city.
With Christmas approaching, Keolis Canada is organising an innovative campaign on the streets of Quebec to collect toys for disadvantaged children.
By signing a strategic partnership with IVADO, Keolis will benefit from the expertise of one of the most important global excellence centres dedicated to mass data analysis, to develop innovative urban mobility solutions.
