Part of the Lusail tram network was officially opened to the public on Saturday 1 January 2022 by the Qatar’s Minister of Transport and the Chairman of Qatar Rail, Qatar’s national public transport operator. This first “preview” service is running on the Orange Line, stopping at six underground stations: Marina, Marina Promenade, Yacht Club, Esplanade, Energy City South and Legtaifiya, providing connections with the Doha Metro.
On 29 September 2021, the conurbation authority of Grand Auch Coeur de Gascogne, in the French department of Gers, renewed its contract with Keolis to operate and maintain the whole of its public transport network, Alliance.
This new public service delegation contract begins on 3 January 2022 and is valid for a period of eight years.
Région Sud has awarded Keolis public service delegation contracts to operate and maintain two sections of its regional public transport network covering the Alpes-Maritimes coastline and the Grasse inland area in southeast France. The two sections feature a fleet of 120 buses and coaches and include 17 lines: three high-frequency lines, two airport services, and 12 regular services.

On 8 July 2021, the conurbation authority of Agen (CCA), in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in south-western France, renewed its contract with Keolis for the management and operation of the mobility and passenger transport services of the Agen conurbation, Tempo.
This new public service delegation contract will start from 1 October 2021 and run for three years with cumulative revenues of €20 million.

On 29 June 2021, the community council and local Public Transport Authority of the conurbation of Châteauroux in central France renewed its contract with Keolis for the operation and maintenance of its entire public transport network, Horizon.Over the course of the contract, Keolis’ goal will be to increase ridership by 18%. Keolis will also support the Châteauroux conurbation in the energy transition of its bus fleet by introducing six hydrogen buses into the network by 2024.
