We offer several parking solutions with our subsidiary EFFIA: on-street parking, city-centre car parks, Park & Ride facilities, car parks serving large public health, cultural or sports facilities, as well as shopping centres and airport car parks. We make sure that these solutions are connected to the local economic environment and the existing public transport network. We also make sure that they are compatible with the stops and stations that connect the local regions, strengthening the role of parking in the mobility chain as a result. To achieve this, our infrastructures include additional mobility services like car rentals, carpooling, ridesharing and self-service bikes.

What's more, we integrate our car parks into the digital solutions used by citizens to plan their journeys, to offer them a smoother travel experience. This strategy forms part of the overall understanding of the city and the mobility chain.

An active partnership policy serving innovation

To invent the car parks of the future and associated services, we are pursuing a collaborative innovation approach with EFFIA. EFFIA has been pioneering online bookings since 2007 with its Resaplace service. Since then, we have seen a growth rate of around +15% per year in this particular sales channel.

We also support the development of sustainable mobility. We are the leading parking operator in terms of electric mobility, with a network of nearly 1,000 charging points to be installed in our car parks in France by the end of 2021.

Public service concession for the CERIA-COOVI car park in Belgium

EFFIA is running the seven-year public service concession for the CERIA-COOVI car park. This 1,300-space car park is perfectly connected to the area's transport network and is only 20 minutes from the Grand-Place in Brussels.

Box'n services: an innovative, connected concierge service

EFFIA launched Box'n services in the "Les Arts" and "3 gares" car parks in Cergy in early 2021. This "automatic concierge" service draws on the know-how of local craftspeople. Customers can order a service online (dry cleaning, click & collect etc.) and then drop off and/or pick up their items at the car park of their choice.

Parking lies at the centre of Dijon's global mobility offer

Since 2017, we've been running the Greater Dijon network, which covers all mobility services including buses, trams, PRM services, car parks, on-street parking, self-service and long-term bike rentals, and car and bicycle pounds. A first in France.
