Alistair Gordon
CEO Zone Middle East, Asia and Pacific
Alistair Gordon has over thirty years’ experience in the transport sector, 22 of these with Keolis.
He is Chief Executive Officer Middle East, Asia and Pacific and a member of the Executive Committee.
He was CEO of Keolis UK from 2010 to 2026, having initially joined Keolis as Projects Director in 2004. During his leadership, the subsidiary became the UK’s leading metro and tram operator, winning contracts including the Docklands Light Railway, Manchester Metrolink and Dublin’s Luas tram network.
In 2022, he became CEO of the regional platform incorporating Keolis operations in the UK, the Middle East, and India, following his team’s successful bid to operate Dubai’s metro and tram network.
He started his career at Jacobs and then Steer Davies Gleave as a Transport Consultant. For the latter he worked during the early stages of rail privatisation before moving to Eurostar in 1997, performing a number of key roles, most notably as its Strategy Director.
