Laurence has a background of more than 25 years in public transport and energy.
She began her career in metro, bus and tram operation and maintenance roles in Paris.
Following overseas assignments in the UK and South Africa on new railway infrastructure projects, in 2008 she was appointed International Director and a member of the management board at RATP Dev, and began developing the group’s activities in Europe, Africa, Asia and the United States.
In 2013, she joined Transdev as Managing Director France and member of the Executive Committee. There, she contributed to the transformation of the group following the merger between Transdev and Veolia Transport. In 2016, she became International Director of Transdev in charge of operations and development in Europe, Australia, South America and Africa.
In 2019, Laurence joined the American group UGI operating in the energy sector, initially as Chair and CEO of Antargaz, the leading LPG distributor in France and Benelux, where she developed a strategy for transitioning towards renewable gases. Then in 2021 she was appointed Group CEO of UGII, a member of the same group, which distributes LPG, natural gas and electricity in 18 countries.
She joined Keolis as International CEO in September 2023.
