Philippe DOCX

Philippe Docx began his career in 2004 in the private security industry at Cobelguard in Belgium, where he held several operational roles.

In 2007 he joined G4S Belgium, leading the Mobile Services division. In 2013 he was appointed on several marketing and business development roles.  During this period, Philippe developed new products and services to diversify G4S its commercial portfolio and successfully launched a new business line focusing on government outsourcing in the care and justice sector.

In 2018 Philippe joined the insurtech industry at CED Group, as Director Advice Belux, where he managed innovative value assessment and loss adjustment activities for Belgium and Luxemburg.  In 2020 Philippe returned to G4S to manage all people driven business lines in Belgium.

Since 2023, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Keolis Belgium, where he has managed a broad transformation of the company by bringing stakeholders together, enhancing operational and contract performance, and strengthening client proximity.
