On Monday, 27 January 2025, Keolis welcomed the 28th class of its flagship programme, the Graduate Program – Operations, designed to support and professionalise young talents who are set to become future leaders within Keolis.
Primarily aimed at recent graduates with a master’s degree (Bac+5), the Graduate Programme – Operations prepares its participants for key positions such as Operations Manager or Methods & Studies Manager. These new employees, immersed in two operational entities within the Group, follow a comprehensive training programme and benefit from personalised support.

To mark the launch, the young talents will take part in an immersive induction week, including:
• Training sessions on Keolis’ strategic and operational challenges;
• Meetings with mentors and multidisciplinary experts to gain insight into the profession and be inspired by internal career paths.
In partnership with prestigious institutions such as ESTACA, ENTPE, and CY Transport, Keolis ensures high-quality recruitment while fostering innovation and excellence within the Graduate Program – Operations.
After a year of immersive training and hands-on experience within Keolis subsidiaries, the company celebrates the success of the graduates from the 27th cohort of the Graduate Program – Operations.
