Carolle Foissaud appointed to the Keolis Supervisory Board

Carolle Foissaud was appointed as a member of the Keolis Supervisory Board on 28 September 2023 following her proposal by SNCF. Carolle Foissaud chairs the Advisory Board of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées (ENSTA).
Biography of Carolle Foissaud
Carolle Foissaud began her career at Framatome (1995–2003), where her positions Director of Industrialisation. She spent the majority of her career in the Areva Group (now Orano), from 2003 to 2017, where she was CEO of STMI1 and its subsidiaries, and CEO of TechnicAtome. She was also a member of the Group's Executive Management Board (EMB). From 2017 to 2021, Carolle Foissaud was Managing Director of the Energy and Industry Unit at Bouygues Energies et Services. She went on to become Managing Director of the Specialities division of Equans (2021–2023).
