Following the appointment of Marie-Ange Debon as Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of La Poste Group, the Keolis Supervisory Board, chaired by Jérôme Tolot, has appointed Christelle Villadary as Interim Chairwoman of the Keolis Executive Board. She currently serves as Group Chief Finance, Legal and Strategy Officer. 

This decision, which is part of the succession process initiated by the Supervisory Board and the Group’s two shareholders - SNCF and La Caisse (formerly CDPQ) -, ensures strong and continuous leadership until a permanent successor to Marie-Ange Debon is named. 

Christelle Villadary has the full confidence of the Board, the two shareholders, as well as the full support of the Keolis executive team. 

Biography of Christelle Villadary

Since April 2021, Christelle Villadary has served as Group Chief Finance and Legal Officer at Keolis and is a member of the Executive Committee. She oversees the Group’s economic and financial performance, legal affairs, strategy, internal audit, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate. 

Before joining Keolis, she held senior finance and strategy positions at Quadient, SUEZ and Technicolor. A graduate of ESSEC Business School, she began her career in audit and consulting at Arthur Andersen.
