Keolis announces the appointment of Philippe Docx as CEO, Northern Europe (covering Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden), effective 15 October 2026. He joins the Group Executive Committee.

This appointment is part of the EMBARK 2030 strategic plan. Across Northern Europe, Philippe Docx brings his experience in leading complex operations and transformation, building on the success achieved with his teams in Belgium since 2023. As CEO of Keolis Belgium, he has brought stakeholders together, enhanced contract performance and strengthened client proximity.

Philippe Docx's background
Holding a Master's degree in Criminology from KU Leuven and an Executive MBA from Vlerick Business School, Philippe Docx has developed extensive executive leadership experience in mobility, security and services businesses, in innovation-driven organizations.
Prior to joining Keolis, he held several senior leadership positions at G4S and CED, combining operational excellence, transformation and business growth. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale and complex operations, driven innovation and built high-performing teams. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Keolis Belgium since 2023.
