A reward for the connected ambassadors at Saint-Denis Pleyel

Organised by the events department of trade journal Ville, Rail & Transports (La Vie du Rail group), the 14th edition of the Grands Prix de la Région Capitale celebrated initiatives that contribute to improving transport and mobility in the Île-de-France region.

At this ceremony, Keolis won the accessibility award for its network of connected ambassadors deployed at Saint-Denis Pleyel station. The award recognises an initiative designed to support passengers in their day-to-day journeys and enhance their experience at one of the main hubs on the Île-de-France network.

An initiative to improve the passenger experience

At Saint-Denis Pleyel, the ‘connected ambassadors’ offer nonstop support to passengers, greeting them, answering their queries, giving them directions and assisting them with their journeys. Armed with digital tools that help them provide swift and tailored solutions, they play a key role in the passenger experience at the station. Particular attention is paid to the most vulnerable members of the population so that travel is made more accessible to everyone.

The scheme is based on three dovetailing pillars: a human presence at the station, the use of digital tools and a dedicated training programme to help teams tailor their assistance to each situation. This combination contributes to providing a smoother, more accessible service that closely fulfils passenger needs.

Presented at an event bringing together the key players in the Île-de-France transport sector, this award recognises the commitment of Keolis’s teams to more inclusive transport and the continuous improvement of the passenger experience.
