Overseeing maintenance activities, supporting teams, guaranteeing vehicle reliability and infrastructure safety all contribute to more reliable, sustainable and people-centric everyday mobility. This job also involves coordinating a broad range of technical expertise for the benefit of thousands of passengers.
Workshop supervisors at Keolis work in depots or workshops devoted to the servicing and maintenance of vehicles (buses, coaches, trams, etc.) or railway infrastructure. It is a strategic position, located at the interface between maintenance, operations and support functions.
Included in a workshop supervisor’s daily responsibilities:
● Planning, monitoring and signing off maintenance operations
● Leading technical teams and developing their skills
● Managing the workshop’s inventories, technical resources and suppliers
● Enforcing safety, quality and environmental rules
● Reporting performance indicators using CMMS software.

You can become a workshop supervisor with several years of experience in maintenance, more specifically in public transport, heavy-duty vehicles or railway infrastructure.
